Delete your PlayLocal account

Permanently delete your PlayLocal account and associated personal data.

Delete in the app

  1. Open PlayLocal and sign in.
  2. Tap your profile avatar.
  3. Open Account.
  4. Type DELETE.
  5. Confirm permanent deletion.

This cannot be undone.

Request deletion without the app

Email support from the address connected to your account. We may ask you to verify ownership.

Deleted data

Your login, private profile data, profile photo, preferences, messages, join requests, friendships, blocks and notifications are deleted.

Data that may remain

Future games you host are cancelled. Past and cancelled game records may remain under “Deleted PlayLocal user” so other participants retain accurate history. Safety, fraud, moderation and legal records may remain in restricted or de-identified form where reasonably necessary.
